Shipping Policy

All orders must be placed by a person over 18 years of age. ID will be checked upon delivery to ensure that the person collecting the order is over 18. Failure to present ID will result in a re-delivery to someone over 18 at the expense of the customer.


Processing Orders

Please let us know if you need the order urgently and we can arrange express processing and delivery.

All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard shipping is available for all products via Australia Post.

Express shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We do not have any control over delivery times once orders are dropped to an Australia Post office. If there are any delays we will do our best to speak with Aus Post and try resolve any issues.

If you give the wrong delivery address, we cannot change it once it is in transit. If the box is returned to sender you will have to pay an additional shipping and handling fee of $25 per order to have it resent.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to the area seen in the map below. You will receive an email within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email which will let you know an estimate for when your order will be delivered (To be delivered within 4 business days in most cases).

If you require a next day delivery but are outside of this area, please email us at tom@tipplesathome.com.au and we will do our best to help you.

In-store pickup

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over Australia Post delivery times.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tom@tipplesathome.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to shop to P.O. Boxes.
