Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you change your mind on a product, so please make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase before payment.

We do not accept refunds if the order is shipped within our given timeframe but you decide that it will not arrive in time. Please let us know via email before you purchase if you need an order by a certain date and we can try accomodate for you

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tom@tipplesathome.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our very best to come to resolve the issue.
